People bid on foreclosed homes all the time in person. Online auctions just made it more convenient! :)

DeleteGreat. I didn't know homes could be up for auction online. Usually the ones I've seen are in person, or over the phone, and held either at the home site, or outside of the court house.

It's just like eBay. You are welcome to check out the home in person but, you bid for it online like everyone else.
DeleteThis is interesting. I've never thought about bidding for a house online. I would like to see the details of the house first before the purchase so I'm surprised by the growing interest in real estate bids.
